Loved my monster and star oyster! Unfortunately the butterfly oyster arrived too dried out, and I could not get any of the butterfly pearls or the middle pearl

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
WHAT IS A RAINBOW MONSTER?-----A RAINBOW Monster is an oversized freshwater oyster shell larger and thicker than your hand and sometimes the size of your head. When you open the shell you will find real cultured natural freshwater pearls embedded in the meat of the oyster that you pick, pluck, and squeeze out. Also you will find colorful dyed pearls inside. These are inserted at the farm. They are real. Just bright and colorful. To show off your pearls we suggest purchasing a Glass Locket or Cage Pendant.

Monster Oyster - Rainbow Monster with Colorful Pearls and 20-40 Embedded Natural Pearls
I only received 1 in 1. I got a blue edison and the natural pearls that was it. No other colored pearls. I do love them, but was slightly disappointed!
Freshwater Oyster - Meta Monster 2 In 1 with FREE Glass Locket and Chain
Store owner replied: Hi and thank you for your review. I think there is a little confusion. The oyster ordered is described as coming with natural-colored pearls, which could include one Edison pearl, and it sounds like the order was received as described. Is there something in the description we could reword or add to prevent this in the future? We are always looking to improve. Sometimes less is more, but we hear you on the color variety! Thanks for your feedback, and we promise to keep it vibrant and varied! 🌈
It was fun and beautiful! I didn't knowninwas going to get a cage as well! Was lucky to get an elephant, which I absolutely love!
Freshwater Oyster - Rainbow Monster with Colorful Pearls and 20-40 Embedded Natural Pearls
Store owner replied: An elephant never forgets, and neither will we—your fun-filled feedback is unforgettable. Thanks for loving our cages! 🐘💕
The video of the opening on the rainbow monster and all it's pearls was fun to watch. And they were right, the sheen on them are just stunning! But when I received my order in the mail the monster shell itself was crushed. I was so excited to have it based on how beautiful it looked in the video. I did reach out to Dezlin via the chat option and they were very sympathetic after showing them pictures of the crushed shell and was reassured that someone would reach out to me via email about having a replacement shell sent that same day if not the next. But I was never contacted and yet to receive the replacement shell. :-(
Freshwater Oyster - Rainbow Monster with Colorful Pearls and 20-40 Embedded Natural Pearls
Store owner replied: We're crushed about the shell mishap, but not about your spirit! It looks like this has been resolved. I'm glad we got that replacement sorted and brought the sheen back into your life! 🐚✨
Love them
