Wrong Shipping Address
As mentioned above, because we process orders sometimes within minutes of it being placed, we are unable to guarantee you can modify the shipping address. If by chance, you put the wrong shipping address, you must contact us immediately so we can attempt to fix it.

Please allow 1-2 business days after your order is placed for your order to be processed and 2-4 business days for delivery. During high volume seasons such as Halloween, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas, processing times may be extended. DezLin is not responsible for deliver delays due to weather or other events beyond our control. We will do our part to ensure the package gets there quickly.

Overnight shipping is available. Overnight orders must be in by 8am PST to go out that day. Overnight is not available in all areas. Some areas are 2-Day delivery. If an overnight is placed after 8am PST we can not guarantee it will make it in one day. This is because we need to have orders to the post office by 11:30am PST. We will try our best, otherwise it will go out with the evening truck. There is a possibility it will still make it but not guaranteed.
Orders placed on Friday after 2:00pm PST, will be processed the following business day. Please allow 1-2 business days in processing time once the order is received. Orders do not ship on holidays.

Oysters & Fizzers Opened Live (Custom Product with a Service Provided)
If your oyster or fizzer is opened live we are unable to refund this custom product as it is no longer usable for another customer. Additionally, the opening of product online constitutes a service provided which can not be refunded. Please make sure you want the custom product/service before purchasing and having it opened live. If product is deemed defective a replacement will be issued.
DezLin Scoops (Custom Product with a Service Provided)
Once your DezLin Scoop has been scooped live, there is a 40% restocking fee even if the product has not shipped. This is due to the nature of the scoops having a service provided in addition to your custom product. If product has shipped you will need to return the products before the refund is applied. If a product is deemed defective a replacement will be issued.
No returns will be accepted, refunds processed, or store credit given for personalized or customized items. If the product is defective please contact us so we can take care of you. Examples of Personalized/Customized items include Oysters, Fizzers, Scoops, and similar items where they are handmade and the customer opens them.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and we would not be able to replace if lost or stolen.
DezLin products purchased by sellers/vendors other than DezLin are not covered by any of our policies. Please contact the seller you purchased from. Products damaged through misuse are not covered under this policy.
Bundles, Sets, and Kits
Bundles, sets, and kits must be return with all components in order to receive a full refund. Partial refund will be applied for damaged or missing items.
How to Return Product
We recommend using USPS and to get tracking. We would be unable to process a refund if the shipment is lost. This is not because we are heartless or do not care, it is because we would be unable to verify if the package was sent or not. When shipping a return, we highly recommend adding tracking information. USPS typically has this included in the costs. Product must be in Original Package, New and Unused. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping cost.

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes but is not limited to:Strikes or other industrial action.Civil commotion, terrorism or threat of, war or threat or preparation for.Fire, explosion, adverse weather conditions, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.Disruption to supplies or delivery methods.Acts of government or regulatory bodies.Disruption to public or private telecommunications networks.Occasionally, parcels going overseas may be delayed at customs control when entering your country. This is beyond our control and we cannot be responsible for the late arrival of parcels detained in this way.
After placing your order you will receive an automated acknowledgement by email. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm acceptance to you by confirming that your order has been dispatched.Once we accept your order, a contract to purchase and deliver products takes effect between you and DezLin LLC. You pay the sum that you see at the end of the checkout process, together with the delivery. DezLin may at any time amend, modify or supplement any terms and conditions applicable to the Site, and Your continued use of the Site will constitute Your acceptance of any such amendment, modification, or supplementation.
Products delivered to destinations outside the US may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities and we advise that you check the import charges applicable before ordering Products to be delivered there.The recipient of the order is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the Products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that may be levied. The recipient of the products, not the person placing the order, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges. If you are ordering Products to be delivered to someone else, please ensure they are made aware that they will be responsible for these additional charges.You (or the recipient of the products if different) will be the importer for all international deliveries of the products. Therefore, before placing an order, it's your responsibility to check that any products ordered comply with state and federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your order.
21. registration; user names and passwords
You may be required to register with DezLin in order to access certain areas of the DezLin Websites, for example, to purchase DezLin products or otherwise initiate Transactions (as defined below). With respect to any such registration, we may refuse to grant you, and you may not use, a user name or email address that belongs to or is already being used by another person; that may be construed as impersonating another person; that violates the intellectual property or other rights of any person; that is offensive; or that we reject for any other reason in our sole discretion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password you may use to access the DezLin Websites, and you agree not to transfer your password or user name, or lend or otherwise transfer your use of or access to the DezLin Websites, to any third party. You are fully responsible for all Transactions (including any information transmitted in connection with any Transactions) and other interactions with the DezLin Websites that occur in connection with your user name. You agree to immediately notify DezLin of any unauthorized use of your password or user name or any other breach of security related to your account, your user name or the DezLin Websites, and to ensure that you “log off” and exit from your account with the DezLin Websites (if applicable) at the end of each session. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with any of the foregoing obligations.
22. forums and submissions
DezLin may offer features through the DezLin Websites that enable you to post information and materials publicly, for example, bulletin boards, chat areas, and similar forums (collectively referred to herein as “Forums”). All of the rules of conduct described above apply to the Forums. Additionally, without DezLin’s express prior written consent, you may not use the Forums for any commercial purposes, including the promotion or advertisement of any goods, services or opportunities, and you may not use the Forums to solicit other DezLin Websites visitors or users to visit or become members of, subscribe to or register with any commercial online service or other organization.When you submit or make available any information or materials through the Forums or otherwise through any DezLin Website (“Submissions”), you acknowledge and agree that those Submissions will be non-proprietary and non-confidential, may be made available to the general public, and may be used by DezLin without restriction. You grant to DezLin the worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license, sub licensable through multiple tiers, without compensation to you, to use, reproduce, distribute (through multiple tiers), adapt (including without limitation edit, modify, translate and reformat), create derivative works of, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, digitally perform, make, have made, sell, offer for sale and import all Submissions, in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary for you to grant the licenses granted in this section with respect to each Submission, and that your provision of Submissions through the Forums or otherwise through the DezLin Websites complies with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. You further irrevocably waive any “moral rights” or other rights with respect to attribution of authorship or integrity of materials regarding any Submission that you may have under any applicable law or under any legal theory. This section will survive termination of this Agreement for any reason.We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to edit any Submission and to choose to include or not include such Submission in the Forums or otherwise in the DezLin Websites. The Forums include the opinions, statements and other content of third parties, including DezLin Independent Consultants. We are not responsible for screening, monitoring or verifying such content, including such content’s accuracy, reliability or compliance with copyright or other laws. Any opinions, statements or other materials made available by third parties (including DezLin Resellers) through the Forums or otherwise through the DezLin Websites are those of such third parties and not of DezLin, and DezLin does not endorse any such opinions, statements or materials. We may remove objectionable statements or other content from the DezLin Websites at any time if we deem removal to be warranted. Please understand that removal or editing of any Submission or other materials may not occur immediately.You acknowledge and agree that DezLin has no control over, and shall have no liability for any damages resulting from, the use (including without limitation re-publication) or misuse by any third party of information voluntarily made public through the Forums or any other part of the DezLin Websites. IF YOU CHOOSE TO MAKE ANY OF YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION OR OTHER INFORMATION PUBLICLY AVAILABLE THROUGH THE FORUMS OR OTHERWISE THROUGH THE DEZLIN WEBSITES, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Thank you for considering DezLin Products as part of your business. We have certain requirements to meet prior to approval. This is not an exhaustive list of requirements and can change without notice.
1. ACTIVELY SELLING
Your company must be actively selling products or able to show you are actively working towards starting a business. If just starting, approval will be determine by the individual reviewing the application.
2. COMPANY BRAND
Product photography, Logo's, and overall company image will be taken into consideration to ensure the DezLin brand is represented well. An example could be a company with poor quality images, website, or overall company look. Another aspect would be the actual content of the videos. We do review a company's live videos and content created as well. We look to ensure content is free of discrimination, harassment, violence, and any other abusive conduct towards people of any race, ancestry or national origin, gender, gender expression, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, age, religion, disability, veteran or military status, citizenship, or any other applicable legally protected status with all the rights and privileges generally accorded or made available are not discriminated against.
Branding could also have to do with the types of products sold in relation to our products.
We do not take financial restrictions of making content into consideration. This means, we aren't looking for high budget content. We also take into account the product presenter. We are not looking for wholesome brands only. Explicits and such are fine. If this sounds vague, that is because it is. There is no way for us to explicitly explain what we are looking for. Exact requirements vary from company to company and will be on a case by case basis.
3. MLM or CONSULTANTS
If you are currently with an MLM or Consulting company, DezLin will review prior and current activity to see if it is a good match. Exact requirements vary from company to company and will be on a case by case basis.
We accept any documents that can show you are an active company. EIN, Business License, ReSellers Permit, and so on. We also accept any links showing you are actively selling such as a website, Facebook, TikTok, etc. However, a link must show you are ACTIVELY selling. We do not accept links to businesses that just created a social media account. There is no way for us to know you are a timely selling. If you are just starting out and you have no documentation whatsoever we will not be able to approve your account. This is to prevent your future customers from receiving your pricing and this protects our current wholesale clients.
5. ARE ALL VERIFIED COMPANIES APPROVED?
Unfortunately, no. We do not approve every company. Companies we sell to must be within our industry. Landscaping and realty businesses are examples of business owners we would not approve. Tumbler companies is a business in the gray area where we make decisions based on internal reasons and discretions. Exact requirements vary from company to company and will be on a case by case basis
