15 Day Return Policy From Date of Delivery
Return products for any reason within 15 days from the date of delivery and we provide the shipping label making it easy to print, pack, and ship. It's that easy. All we ask is that when you process your return you let us know the REAL reason for the return. No sugar coating. This way we can improve our products and services. Of course, product needs to be in new condition. This doesn't mean you can't wear something and try it out, but if its damaged and looks beat up there would be a fee charged.

15 Days Defective Guarantee
If you believe a product is defective, contact us. If the product is determined to be defective within 15 days, we’ll make it right by one of the following: 1)Send a replacement, 2) Replace the product with a comparable item if we are unable to match the item, 3) and/or Issue a refund.

16-60 Days Return from Date of Delivery
Same rules apply from the 15 day policy EXCEPT you will receive DezLin Store Credit.

Restocking Fee
There are no restocking fees.

Products Opened Live or Scooped Live
If products are opened, shucked, fizzed, drilled, or scooped live and a return is processed, there would be a 10% entertainment fee applied and Store Credit Issued. Please understand this is a nominal fee as we spent time entertaining and the product is no longer usable and/or in a sellable condition. Additionally, we don't know of any other company that provides this as an option. We really try to take care of you :-)

As always, we will always work with you to make things right, so message us with any concerns, or issues as soon as possible.

Personalized/Customized Items
If a personalized or customized item is returned Store credit will be applied even if the product is returned within the 15 day return period. If the product is defective you may receive a full refund or a new product, please contact us so we can take care of you.
Examples of Personalized/Customized items include: Oysters, Fizzers, Scoops, and similar items where they are handmade and the customer or host opens them.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are refundable within 7 days. We are unable to replace if stolen. If lost, the email containing the gift card message us and we can resend it.

Bundles, sets, and kits must be returned with all components in order to receive a full refund. Partial refund will be applied for damaged or missing items.

Timeline to Process Returns/Refunds
We aim to process returns within 24 business hours of receiving returns during our office hours.

Return Lost in Transit
We would be unable to process a refund if the shipment is lost before getting to us. This is not because we are heartless or do not care, it is because we would be unable to verify if the package contained the products. HOWEVER, you can contact the shipper and they should refund the shipping cost and cost of the product. This isn't something we have had issues with really, but we do need to mention it.

Damaged Returns
If a product is damaged in transit there will be a fee dependent upon damage. Ensure the package is properly packed. Please do not throw it in a bag and ship without protection. Domestic Shipping
Orders typically process within hours to 1 business day and typically deliver within 2-4 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons. DezLin is not liable for delivery delays caused by weather or unforeseen events.
We ship to all US States and Territories to include: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands.

Overnight
Overnight orders must be in by 9am PST to go out that day. Overnight is not available in all areas. Some areas are 2-Day delivery.
If an overnight is placed after 9am PST it still may go out but we can not guarantee it will make it in one day. This is because overnight orders are a special delivery to the post office by 11:30am PST. We will try our best, otherwise it will go out with the evening truck.

International Shipping
International orders have a minimum charge between $20-$40. Additional taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

1. ACTIVELY SELLING
Your company must be actively selling products or demonstrate that you are working towards starting a business. If you are just starting out, approval will be determined by the individual reviewing your application.
2. COMPANY BRAND
When approving companies, we consider the company’s brand to ensure the DezLin brand is well-represented. This includes product photography, logos, websites, video content, recorded live sessions, and overall company image. We ensure that content is free from discrimination, harassment, violence, or any other abusive conduct towards individuals based on race, ancestry, national origin, gender, gender expression, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, age, religion, disability, veteran or military status, citizenship, or any other legally protected status.
Branding also involves the types of products sold in relation to our products. Financial constraints in content creation are not a consideration; we do not seek high-budget content. We also consider the product presenter, and while wholesome brands are not a requirement, vulgarity and adult themes are acceptable. Specific requirements vary and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
3. MLM or CONSULTANTS
If you are part of an MLM or consulting company, DezLin will review your prior and current activity to determine compatibility. Requirements vary and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
4. DOCUMENTATIONS/LINKS
We accept any documents showing you are an active company, such as EIN, Business License, or Reseller Permit. If you have no documentation, we also accept links showing you are actively selling, such as a website, Facebook, TikTok, etc. However, links must show active selling; newly created social media accounts are insufficient. If you are just starting and lack documentation, we cannot approve your account to protect our current wholesale clients.
5. ARE ALL COMPANIES APPROVED?
Unfortunately, no. We do not approve every company. Companies must be within our industry. For instance, landscaping and realty businesses would not be approved. Tumbler companies fall into a gray area where decisions are made based on internal reasons and discretion. Exact requirements vary and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

12. indemnification

13. formal dispute resolution by binding arbitration
READ THE FOLLOWING ARBITRATION PROVISION CAREFULLY, IT LIMITS YOUR RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO MAINTAIN A COURT ACTION. You agree that any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, the applicability of these Terms of Use to the use of this Site, or purchase of any DezLin or other products on this Site, or to breach or enforcement, interpretation or validity of these Terms of Use, or the determination of the scope or applicability of Arbitration shall be governed solely by the Federal Arbitration Act.If you and DezLin cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute asserted by either party will be resolved only by binding Arbitration. By agreeing to Arbitration, both you and DezLin understand and agree that all disputes shall be decided by an Arbitrator and that you are waiving your rights to maintain other available resolution processes, such as a court action or administrative proceeding, to settle disputes. Instead of suing in court, both you and DezLin each agree to resolve disputes (except certain small claims) only by Arbitration. ARBITRATION MEANS THAT YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. The rules in Arbitration are different. There is no judge or jury, and review is limited, but an arbitrator can award the same damages and relief, and must honor the same limitations stated in these Terms of Use as a court would.The Arbitration will be conducted under the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules & Procedures (referred to as the “JAMS Rules”) and under the rules set forth in these Terms of Use. If there is a conflict between JAMS Rules and the rules set forth in these Terms of Use, the rules set forth in these Terms of Use will govern. You and DezLin agree to pay the costs of the Arbitration proceeding provided however that if you are a consumer you shall not be required to pay more than $250.00 of the fees or such amount as the JAMS Rules may later prescribe. All other fees, such as attorneys’ fees and expenses of travel to the Arbitration, will be paid in accordance with JAMS Rules. The Arbitration will be held at a location in your home town area if possible, unless you and DezLin both agree to another location or telephonic Arbitration. To initiate Arbitration, you or DezLin must do the following things:(1) Write a demand for Arbitration. The demand must include a description of the dispute and the amount of damages sought to be recovered. THIS MEANS THAT YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO INITIATE OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS OR CONSOLIDATED ACTION WHATSOEVER. Accordingly, you and DezLin agree that the JAMS Class Action Procedures do not apply to our Arbitration. A court may sever any portion of this dispute resolution provision if it finds such unenforceable, except for the prohibition on class, representative and private attorney general arbitrations. Notwithstanding the obligation to arbitrate all disputes under these Terms of Use, you may assert an individual dispute in small claims court in lieu of Arbitration.
14. choice of law and time to bring your claim

17. events beyond our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes but is not limited to:Strikes or other industrial action.Civil commotion, terrorism or threat of, war or threat or preparation for.Fire, explosion, adverse weather conditions, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.Disruption to supplies or delivery methods.Acts of government or regulatory bodies.Disruption to public or private telecommunications networks.Occasionally, parcels going overseas may be delayed at customs control when entering your country. This is beyond our control and we cannot be responsible for the late arrival of parcels detained in this way.
18. arrangements
After placing your order you will receive an automated acknowledgement by email. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm acceptance to you by confirming that your order has been dispatched.Once we accept your order, a contract to purchase and deliver products takes effect between you and DezLin LLC. You agree to immediately notify DezLin of any unauthorized use of your password or user name or any other breach of security related to your account, your user name or the DezLin Websites, and to ensure that you “log off” and exit from your account with the DezLin Websites (if applicable) at the end of each session. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with any of the foregoing obligations.

All of the rules of conduct described above apply to the Forums. Additionally, without DezLin’s express prior written consent, you may not use the Forums for any commercial purposes, including the promotion or advertisement of any goods, services or opportunities, and you may not use the Forums to solicit other DezLin Websites visitors or users to visit or become members of, subscribe to or register with any commercial online service or other organization.When you submit or make available any information or materials through the Forums or otherwise through any DezLin Website (“Submissions”), you acknowledge and agree that those Submissions will be non-proprietary and non-confidential, may be made available to the general public, and may be used by DezLin without restriction. You grant to DezLin the worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license, sub licensable through multiple tiers, without compensation to you, to use, reproduce, distribute (through multiple tiers), adapt (including without limitation edit, modify, translate and reformat), create derivative works of, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, digitally perform, make, have made, sell, offer for sale and import all Submissions, in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary for you to grant the licenses granted in this section with respect to each Submission, and that your provision of Submissions through the Forums or otherwise through the DezLin Websites complies with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. You further irrevocably waive any “moral rights” or other rights with respect to attribution of authorship or integrity of materials regarding any Submission that you may have under any applicable law or under any legal theory. We are not responsible for screening, monitoring or verifying such content, including such content’s accuracy, reliability or compliance with copyright or other laws. Any opinions, statements or other materials made available by third parties (including DezLin Resellers) through the Forums or otherwise through the DezLin Websites are those of such third parties and not of DezLin, and DezLin does not endorse any such opinions, statements or materials. We may remove objectionable statements or other content from the DezLin Websites at any time if we deem removal to be warranted. Please understand that removal or editing of any Submission or other materials may not occur immediately.You acknowledge and agree that DezLin has no control over, and shall have no liability for any damages resulting from, the use (including without limitation re-publication) or misuse by any third party of information voluntarily made public through the Forums or any other part of the DezLin Websites. IF YOU CHOOSE TO MAKE ANY OF YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION OR OTHER INFORMATION PUBLICLY AVAILABLE THROUGH THE FORUMS OR OTHERWISE THROUGH THE DEZLIN WEBSITES, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.
23. sweepstakes, contests, and similar promotions
