But before I discuss the details of these advantages, I would like to talk with you about how our same day and overnight shipping works.For same day shipping, we typically ship all orders placed by 3 PM Pacific Standard Time the same day, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Sometimes, however, we might need to ship it the following day, depending on your order size, what you order, and whether we have to make or mount anything.For overnight shipments, those must be in by 9:00 AM Pacific Standard Time because we have to be at the post office by 11:45 AM Pacific Standard Time. If you do have an order emergency, message us and we’ll do our best to help you. We have had clients message us at 11:30 and we were able to rush to the post office to catch the mail truck just in time at 11:50 AM. If you do need your package shipped Saturday, please message us and we’ll try to make a special trip to the office to pack and ship your order.Additionally, do know that all orders are processed using a barcode scanning system to ensure that every order is accurate. And as a side note, shopping with us also means you won’t have to worry about packages getting stuck in customs or waiting weeks for your orders, unlike with overseas suppliers. I discuss this in more detail in the managing one supplier video; watch that one because it’s the most vital benefit for you.Now let’s discuss how you can leverage our shipping policy to: 1. Oversell shows 2. Push pre-orders for shows 3. Attend last-minute eventsFirst, for overselling shows, imagine you have a jewelry piece 10 customers want, but you only have one in stock. Normally, you would lose those sales or risk upsetting customers if the item they bought took forever or never arrived. No restocking fees. 4. All refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving the return package. 5. Easy return process by simply logging into your account and starting the return.Now the nitty gritty:15 day return policy from the date of delivery: You can return products for any reason within 15 days from the date of delivery. All we ask is that when you process the return, you let us know the real reason for the return—no sugar coating. This way we can improve our products and services. Now of course, the product must be in new condition, or a fee may be charged. Once approved, you will need to purchase a shipping label, or a shipping label might be sent to you, making it easy to print, pack, and ship. I’m here to warn you about the scams out there and explain why you should and can trust that what DezLin sells is what we say it is.Typically, businesses will look through our website and tell themselves, “I can find this cheaper.” Then they go on a search and find an amazing deal for something similar and think, “Screw DezLin, they’re expensive.” But months to a year later, they end up listed on scam pages, dealing with disputes, and facing angry customers.When we first started in 2016, we had no idea when we were being scammed, so we get it. Most people have no idea that they’re being scammed, and this goes for people just starting out or in business for years. This is the main reason why we try to be as transparent as possible, so you can trust that when you shop with DezLin, what we sell is exactly what we say it is.When it comes to sterling silver jewelry, I have a question for you all: How many of you have ever tested your jewelry? And if you did test, how did you test? Because most test kits or methods are inaccurate and provide false positives. That’s why we use a $25,000 machine called a Thermo Scientific scanner. This scanner tells us the exact material makeup of the jewelry down to the percentage.We started using this after losing a $10,000 dispute with a company on Alibaba back in 2019. For example, if you pay $20 for shipping but we only need $10, we’ll refund the difference.Third, if you place multiple orders, we will combine them and refund any difference paid for shipping. So if you place three orders and pay $30 for shipping but we only needed $15, we will refund the difference to have your orders combined. All you have to do is place your orders as usual. No need to contact us, nothing special. We see all of your orders and combine them for you.If you don’t want a specific order combined, please leave an order note. If you forget to write a note, contact us. By default, we do combine all orders.The only time you need to contact us is if you place an order late in the day to make sure we don’t miss it. We do leave for the post office pretty much around 4:45 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. We will combine your orders if we haven’t shipped them yet. I’m here to warn you about the scams out there and explain why you should and can trust that what DezLin sells is what we say it is.Typically, businesses will look through our website and tell themselves, “I can find this cheaper.” Then they go on a search and find an amazing deal for something similar and think, “Screw DezLin, they’re expensive.” But months to a year later, they end up listed on scam pages, dealing with disputes, and facing angry customers.When we first started in 2016, we had no idea when we were being scammed, so we get it. Most people have no idea that they’re being scammed, and this goes for people just starting out or in business for years. This is the main reason why we try to be as transparent as possible, so you can trust that when you shop with DezLin, what we sell is exactly what we say it is.When it comes to sterling silver jewelry, I have a question for you all: How many of you have ever tested your jewelry? And if you did test, how did you test? Because most test kits or methods are inaccurate and provide false positives. That’s why we use a $25,000 machine called a Thermo Scientific scanner. This scanner tells us the exact material makeup of the jewelry down to the percentage.We started using this after losing a $10,000 dispute with a company on Alibaba back in 2019. If you forget to write a note, contact us. By default, we do combine all orders.The only time you need to contact us is if you place an order late in the day to make sure we don’t miss it. We do leave for the post office pretty much around 4:45 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. We will combine your orders if we haven’t shipped them yet.
