You will receive your money back the way you paid, minus shipping costs once we receive the product and have inspected the product. If you have an issue with any product you believe to be defective please contact us. If any products are determined to be defective within 30 days, we’ll make it right by one of the following:

Overnight shipping is available. Overnight orders must be in by 8am PST to go out that day. Overnight is not available in all areas. Some areas are 2-Day delivery. If an overnight is placed after 8am PST we can not guarantee that it will make it in one day.

Customs, import duties and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country. Packages returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be refunded for the contents of the product, but charged for the initial shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee.
