We will keep your video up indefinitely so you’ll have it to watch, rewatch, share, save, and remember your experience forever.

Your video will be posted within 1-4 business days after purchase. Typically we create and post the videos same day, unless we have an influx of requests.

You will receive an email or text that your order has shipped. This is because, once we create and post your video, we will immediately pack and create a shipping label. Once the shipping label is printed and sticker'd to your package, an automated email, and/or text, is sent notifying you. There will be a link to our TikTok page where you can scroll to find your name.

Yes and no. Yes, you are able to pick the style of product reveal such as a Ring Bomb, Pendant Bomb, Drop It Locket or similar. But you are unable to pick the exact box that is opened. So if you pick a Ring Bomb we will randomly select one for you and reveal it. 

Yes, we can. Please write a note during checkout with your TikTok @ Handle and we will tag you. Make sure it is spelled correctly because whatever comes through is what we will tag 🙂

On our TikTok Page, you will scroll through until you see your name on a video banner. The format we use is first-name last-initial.

Yes! That is the fun of it. You can share this exclusive video with your family, friends, Co-Workers when they try to show you all their dog/cat/baby photos.
