WHAT IS AN EDISON PEARL?-----Edison pearls are large 8.5-11mm+ (they are usually bigger than 8.5, but since I cannot quality control, you might get under 9MM ) freshwater pearl with a bead center. Huh? A bead is placed inside an oyster during pearl formation. The oyster forms a pearl around the bead which is what makes it so large. And yes, they are real
Grade 3 & 4 Edison may have dimples(that look like it has been drilled but they are not), may not be perfectly round. Please do no order if you are expecting a perfect Edison Pearl.

These pearls are beautiful! My first order was for 3 of the oysters that had 5 pearls each (1 Edison, 1 larger pearl, 2 rounds, and 1 shape). I also ordered 3 of the mini quad oysters. My mom, son, and I were blown away by the size and quality of the pearls! We placed a second order soon after, hoping it wasn't a fluke. Nope...Our second order was just as beautiful, if not more!! Shipping was super fast...It even arrived 1 day early! Yayyy! The picture I submitted doesn't come close to showing how beautiful the pearls truly are, but I tried. I have ordered oysters from many different companies and these are, by far, my favorite! I can't wait to place my next order...I'm just trying to pace myself so I don't become the crazy pearl lady! Haha

I love it all. I did think the two natural Edison’s were a little on the small side. They’re still beautiful. I had 8 baby’s but I accidentally dropped one down my sink drain.
